Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package with Care
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of authorization.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
